Politique de remboursement


Our return policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days, there will be no refund or exchange possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. 
When items have been approved, you will be credited through the original method of payment used for purchase.
This process will require a few days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
1- Double check your bank account.
2- Contact your credit card company (they often require a delay while processing refunds)
3- Contact your bank (as for credit card companies, delays are to be expected as well)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are considered final sale.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they have been found defective at arrival, or if the size does not fit.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping costs for returns are at your discretion.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

The length of time required to receive your exchange may vary according to your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Our policy is only applicable when we receive the item which is being returned.
